These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EASY Dzen mobile application (“EASY Dzen,” “EASY,” or the “App”) and related services operated by Alina Kisteneva (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account or using EASY Dzen, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not create an account or use the App.
1. Eligibility
EASY Dzen is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older.
By creating an account or using the App, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement applicable to your use of EASY Dzen.
If you are under the age at which you may independently agree to these Terms under the laws applicable to you, you may use EASY Dzen only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
2. About EASY Dzen
EASY Dzen is a self-development and goal-support application designed to help users work toward personal goals through structured goal routes, practices, theory materials, progress tracking, diary features, and related tools.
Users may select from goal routes made available by EASY Dzen. Each route may contain practices, exercises, theory materials, prompts, and other activities intended to support the user in working toward the selected goal.
EASY Dzen provides tools and informational content intended to support personal organization, reflection, learning, self-development, and goal-related activities.
EASY Dzen does not guarantee that use of a route, practice, theory material, or other feature will produce any particular result or that a user will achieve a particular goal.
Results may vary depending on individual circumstances, decisions, actions, consistency, and factors outside the control of EASY Dzen.
3. Self-Development and Psychological Content
Some EASY Dzen content addresses topics related to motivation, confidence, habits, emotions, behavior, self-reflection, and personal development, and may incorporate concepts or exercises inspired by psychology, coaching, or related self-development approaches.
Such content is provided for general informational, educational, reflective, and self-development purposes.
EASY Dzen does not provide psychotherapy, psychological treatment, psychiatric treatment, medical diagnosis, or individualized mental-health care.
Content provided through EASY Dzen is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental-health condition and should not be used as a substitute for professional care when such care is appropriate.
You remain responsible for determining whether a particular practice or activity is appropriate for your individual circumstances. You may stop a practice or route at any time.
If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, you should seek appropriate advice from a qualified professional rather than relying on EASY Dzen as a substitute for such care.
4. Financial Goal Content
Certain EASY Dzen routes may include tools or exercises related to personal financial goals, such as setting a savings target, reviewing income and expenses, estimating a savings schedule, or planning regular contributions toward a goal.
Such content is provided for general educational, organizational, and self-development purposes only.
EASY Dzen does not provide individualized financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
Financial examples, calculations, exercises, and suggestions provided through the App are illustrative and may not be appropriate for every user’s circumstances.
You remain responsible for your own financial decisions and should seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
5. User Accounts
Certain features of EASY Dzen require a user account.
When creating an account, you agree to provide the information required by the App and to maintain the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You should not share your password or intentionally allow another person to access your account without authorization.

Authentication is provided through Google Firebase Authentication.
6. Acceptable Use
You may use EASY Dzen only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- use the App in violation of applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to EASY Dzen, another user’s account, databases, servers, or related systems;
- interfere with, disrupt, damage, overload, or circumvent the operation or security of the App;
- attempt to bypass authentication, security rules, Firebase App Check, or other technical protections;
- introduce malicious code, malware, automated attacks, or other harmful technology;
- use automated means to access the App in a manner that places unreasonable demands on its infrastructure;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your authorization to use an account;
- copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit protected portions of EASY Dzen or its content except where expressly permitted by us or applicable law;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
We may take reasonable measures to protect EASY Dzen, its users, and its infrastructure from misuse, unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, or security threats.
7. User Content
EASY Dzen allows users to enter and store certain information, including diary entries and responses entered into practices (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of the User Content you create.
You grant us a limited right to host, store, process, transmit, reproduce, and display your User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate EASY Dzen, provide its functionality to you, maintain and secure the service, and comply with applicable law.
This permission does not transfer ownership of your User Content to us.
You are responsible for the information you choose to enter into EASY Dzen and should not enter content that you do not have the right to use or store.
Some areas of EASY Dzen allow free-form text. You should use discretion when entering personal, confidential, or sensitive information.
The collection, processing, retention, and deletion of personal information are further described in the EASY Dzen Privacy Policy.
8. EASY Dzen Content and Intellectual Property
The App and content provided by EASY Dzen, including its software, interfaces, design, branding, graphics, goal routes, practices, exercises, theory materials, prompts, text, and other original content, are owned by or licensed to the operator of EASY Dzen and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use EASY Dzen for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Except as permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized by us, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected EASY Dzen content.
No ownership rights in EASY Dzen or its content are transferred to you by these Terms.
9. Third-Party Services
EASY Dzen relies on third-party technology services to provide and secure certain functionality.
These currently include services provided by Google Firebase, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase App Check, and Apple DeviceCheck on iOS.
Your use of EASY Dzen may therefore involve third-party technology that is also subject to the applicable terms and policies of its providers.

10. Account and Content Deletion
Where EASY Dzen provides functionality to delete individual content, such as individual diary entries, you may delete that content through the App.
You may also initiate deletion of your EASY Dzen account directly within the App.
For security purposes, you may be required to re-authenticate your account before deletion is completed.
Account deletion is designed to permanently remove your EASY Dzen account and associated application data as described in the EASY Dzen Privacy Policy.
Once account deletion has been completed, you will no longer be able to access or restore the deleted account or associated application data through EASY Dzen.
Certain limited information may temporarily remain with service providers as described in the Privacy Policy and in accordance with their applicable technical, security, backup, retention, or legal requirements.
11. App Availability, Changes, and Updates
We may modify, update, improve, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features or content of EASY Dzen from time to time.
We do not guarantee that every feature, goal route, practice, or theory material will remain available indefinitely.
We do not guarantee that EASY Dzen will always operate without interruption, delay, error, or technical failure.
Certain functionality may depend on internet access, compatible devices, operating-system functionality, or third-party services.
Updates to the App may be required to continue using certain features.
Where required by applicable law, material changes affecting your rights will be communicated appropriately.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to EASY Dzen where reasonably necessary if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the App, attempt to compromise its security, engage in unlawful activity involving the App, or create a material risk to EASY Dzen, its infrastructure, or other users.
Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we may provide notice before taking such action unless immediate action is reasonably necessary for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or abuse-prevention purposes.
You may stop using EASY Dzen at any time and may delete your account through the App.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EASY Dzen and its content and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that EASY Dzen will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every user’s individual needs or circumstances.
We do not guarantee any particular personal, psychological, behavioral, productivity, educational, financial, or other outcome from using EASY Dzen.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, consumer guarantees, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of EASY Dzen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on EASY Dzen or its content.
EASY Dzen is intended to provide tools and content supporting self-development and goal-related activities. You remain responsible for decisions and actions you take based on your individual circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
15. Privacy
Your use of EASY Dzen is subject to the EASY Dzen Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, stored, protected, retained, and deleted.
16. Apple App Store
If you download EASY Dzen through Apple’s App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the operator of EASY Dzen, not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for EASY Dzen or its content, maintenance, or support except to the extent required under applicable App Store terms or applicable law.
Your use of EASY Dzen must comply with applicable App Store usage rules.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the provisions of these Terms applicable to your use of the App through the App Store and may enforce those provisions against you where applicable.
If Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to your use of EASY Dzen, these Terms supplement and do not replace that agreement. In the event of a conflict concerning the license to use the App, Apple’s applicable end-user license terms will control to the extent required.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to EASY Dzen, applicable law, our services, or our business practices.
When these Terms are updated, the “Last updated” date will be revised.
If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we may provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance where appropriate or required by applicable law.
Continued use of EASY Dzen after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
